The roads in Sweden are of good standard and they are usually not very crowded. Note that Sweden is a quite large country, so driving times can be fairly long.

Parking is no problem at all in Leksand. For example, just beside the congress venue there is a huge parking lot belonging to the icehockey arena.

How to get here

From Stockholm to Leksand
Follow E18 until Enköping, and then road 70 to Leksand. Approximate driving time: 3 hours and 15 minutes.

From Göteborg to Leksand
Follow E20 until Örebro, then turn into road 50. Stay on road 50 until Borlänge, and the take road 70 to Leksand. Approximate driving time: 5 hours and 45 minutes.

From Malmö to Leksand
Use E6 to Helsingborg and then E4. In Mjölby, switch to road 32 and from Motala to Borlänge, follow road 50. Then turn into road 70 to reach Leksand. Approximate driving time: 7 hours and 30 minutes.
